Once you've given us 30-days notice of your intention to leave, we'll give you a date when our services will end and you'll receive up to three final bills.
You may receive slightly different final bills, depending on whether you left before or after your contract term is up.

- Your direct debit
To avoid any missed payments, it's really important that you don't cancel your direct debit at the same time as requesting to cancel your contract with us. This is because you'll receive three further bills from us which cover any further usage costs within your 30-day cancellation window.
How long to leave your direct debit open
To make sure your final payments all go through successfully, please leave your direct debit open for 90-days after you've requested to leave.
