When is the Contract Help team available?

Our Contract Help Team is available by phone or online via Webchat to answer any and all of your queries. To talk to one of our Help Team members over Webchat, simply click the orange 'chat now' icon on the right of the web page.

  • Monday – Friday: 8am to 7pm
  • Saturday: 9am to 6pm
  • Sunday: 10am to 5pm

Get in touch with our Pay As You Go Team:

  • From your Talkmobile phone on: 5888 (calls to our Help Team cost 25 pence per call, no matter how long you're on the phone.)

Our Pay As You Go Team will be happy to help and are available over the phone:

What is Webchat?

Webchat is very similar to instant messaging. You can exchange messages in real time with one of our Help Team members and get quick answers without having to call. You can also get an email transcript of your chat so you have a record of the session, just ask the person you're chatting with.

Contact us to make a complaint

We always do our best to help our customers but sometimes we may not get it right. We hope our Help Team can usually solve your problems, but if you feel we haven't done enough then you may choose to make a complaint.

We take all complaints very seriously and aim to get back to you within 48 hour of receiving your correspondence.

If you want to make a complaint, you can call us free from your Talkmobile phone on 5888, from a non-Talkmobile phone on 0333 304 8064(charges apply) or online over Webchat by clicking the orange 'chat now' icon to the right of your screen.

You also have the right to refer a dispute to an independent ombudsman. Please read our complaints procedure for more details.

Cancel a contract using a cancellation form

The best way to cancel your contract is to call our Help Team free from your Talkmobile phone on 5888 or on 0333 304 8064from another phone (charges apply). Or, you can chat to one of our Help Team members online, using Webchat.

If you want to cancel within 14 days of upgrading or taking out a new contract

If you've just upgraded or taken out a new contract in the last 14 days, the best way to cancel your contract is to call our Help Team free from your Talkmobile phone on 5888 or on 0333 304 8064from another phone (charges apply). Or, you can chat to one of our Help Team members online, using Webchat.

You can also write to us to cancel your contract by downloading our cancel your contract form. You'll need to print it out, fill it in and return it to us at:
