Cancel your contract (within 14 days of taking out a contract)

Letting us know you want to cancel

We know buying online can be a little daunting sometimes but don't worry, under distance selling regulations, you can return your phone within 14 days if you're not happy.

The best way to cancel your contract is to contact us via phone or Webchat so our Help Team can close your account down as soon as possible and help organise anything to be returned.

However, if you'd prefer to write in, you can print off and fill in our cancellation form and send it to us in the post at:

Once we've received your cancellation form, we'll get back to you within 24 hours. If you haven't heard from us within five days of posting it, please get in touch by phone or Webchat.

Returning a phone and getting a refund

If you took out a contract with a phone, you'll need to return it to us so we can cancel your agreement. Don't worry though, it's easy.

We'll arrange for our couriers, DPD, to pick up the phone at a place and on a day that suits you (there's a £5 charge).

As long as the phone's unlocked and in an 'as-new' condition with its original packaging and box contents then you'll get a full refund. If this isn't the case then we'll charge for any damage or missing components, but you can still cancel your contract.

What charges will you incur?

If you let us know you want to cancel your contract within the 14 day cooling off period, then you won't incur any charges for closing down your account.

If you took out a contract with a phone and you need to return the phone, then there's a £5 collection fee. However we'll arrange everything with our couriers for you.

If your phone's damaged or some of the box contents are missing, then we'll charge you for repairs. The exact amount will depend on what needs fixing on replacing.
