- What you'll receive once you've cancelled your contract
After you've given us 30-days notice to leave, you’ll receive three further bills – one bill as normal, one within your 30-day cancellation window for any remaining line rental charges, and one final bill for any outstanding usage charges after your contract has ended.
- What's included in your final bill
If you cancel your contract after your contract term is up
If you cancel your plan after the end of your contract period, your final bill will include any out of allowance charges up to the time you leave us. You’ll also be reimbursed for your line rental, which you'll have paid in advance.
If you cancel your contract before your contract term is up
If you decide to cancel your contract before the end of your contract period, you’ll be charged an early termination fee as well as any out of allowance charges.
- Your direct debit
If you're cancelling your contract with us, please don’t cancel your direct debit until you've received your final bill.
Once you've told us you're leaving it's best to keep your direct debit open for 90 days after the date you requested to leave to make sure that your final payments go through with no problems.
