How to upgrade

Upgrading online

You can upgrade online by filling out an upgrade order form on our website. First take a look at our upgrade deals, choose what you want, and then follow the prompted steps.

You may be asked to give your Talkmobile phone number before you can browse our upgrade phones contracts and SIM Only offers.

As soon as we receive your order form we'll send you an email so you have a record of the details. We'll need to run a couple of identity checks before we can complete your order, but we'll let you know as soon as it's gone through.

If you've ordered a phone, you'll get it within 3-4 working days.

If for any reason you’re not yet eligible for your upgrade or we can’t process your order, we’ll give you a call to see how we can help.

Upgrading by phone

If you prefer to talk someone, just call 5888 free from your Talkmobile phone, or 0333 304 8064 from a landline or another mobile (charges apply) and select the ‘upgrade’ option to upgrade.

Our Help Team will talk you through which phone and plans are best for you, based on how you use your phone now. You can upgrade to a new phone, or, if you’re happy with your current phone, you can move to a SIM Only plan instead.
