Manage your Talkmobile account
- Using My Account
My Account lets you easily keep track of your allowance and how much you’ve used. You can register for My Account completely free of charge.
All you’ll need is your Talkmobile account number, which is on your bills. If you haven’t received a bill yet, please contact us and we’ll be happy to give you your number. Once you have a My Account, you’ll be able to log in at any time with your username and password to check your usage.
- Check your usage and allowance
In My Account
To check your allowance and usage in My Account, log in and select My Allowances at the top right of your screen. This will show you a quick overview of your monthly allowance. If you’d like to see more detail, just click on Usage Details to the right of My Allowances.
Please note that in My Account your usage is usually updated every 24 hours, but it can take up to 48 hours.
From your mobile
To check your allowance and usage free from your Talkmobile phone, dial 5888 and choose option 1 followed by option 3. You can also call 0333 304 8064 from a landline or non-Talkmobile phone and follow the same prompts to find out your usage.
Simply contact our Help Team to request your usage or allowance information.
- Change your personal details
You can change your address, contact numbers and password in My Account. Simply log in and choose the edit options above your details on the main screen.
If you’d like help making changes to your account details, please contact our Help Team and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please note, we might ask you some security questions before making any changes, just to make sure it’s really you.
- Change your marketing preferences
From time to time we contact our customers with information about our latest deals and offers. You can change your preferences for how we contact you in your My Account online. Once you’ve logged in, tick the box near the bottom of the main page. This lets you opt out of marketing calls.
