What is paperless billing?

Paperless billing is our free, online billing service. It reduces paper waste and makes it easy for you to access and view your bills from the past 12 months. Simply log in to My Account to see your bill and keep track of your allowance.

With My Account, you'll be able to see all of your usage and bills from the past twelve months, so you can keep track of how much you've been using.

As well as being able to monitor your bill online through My Account, we'll also send you a text to let you know how much your bill has come to and when you'll need to pay it.

It costs you £1.50 a month to have your bills printed and delivered, so you can save money by going paperless too.

How to get paper copies of your bill

If you have access to a printer, you can print your bill easily from My Account. Once you’ve logged in, simply select the green printer icon at the top right-hand side of your screen to print your bill.

If you’d like to receive paper bills in the post, please contact our Help Team by phone or Webchat to let them know. Please note that if you choose to receive paper billing, a charge of £1.50 will be added to your next bill to cover paper-billing service charges.
