When you switch to a monthly contract you can get a great deal on a new phone, plus you’ll be able to manage your account and view your bills online using My Account.

If you'd like a new phone, most of our deals on monthly contracts include a free phone when you sign up.

If you’re happy with your current phone, you can opt for a 12 month or 30 day SIM Only plan. A SIM Only plan means you can keep using your current phone by simply inserting a new Talkmobile SIM card.

What happens when you switch

When you start a new monthly contract with us, we’ll set you up with a new phone number and a new account.

With a monthly contract you’ll also be able to use our handy online My Account service, where you can track your usage, view your bills online, and manage your personal details and marketing preferences. Find out more about My Account.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to transfer your current phone number when you switch to a monthly contract. We also can’t transfer any remaining credit you have on your current phone – so if you’d like a monthly contract with us, we recommend using up your credit before you switch.
