Track your order

When will you receive your order?

After you've ordered your phone, you'll get an email from us confirming your order details. You will then receive another message (email or text) from our couriers, DPD, once they are ready to ship your new phone. This message will have your delivery details, including your parcel number.

Once you have your parcel number, you'll be able to track your order. You should receive your phone within 3-4 working days at the latest.

If you order any time up until 4pm, you're likely to receive your phone on the next working day. If you ordered after 4pm then it might take a little longer.

This means if you order your phone late on a Friday, or over the weekend, you are likely to receive your phone the following Tuesday.

How can you track your delivery?

You can track your delivery and monitor its progress by visiting the DPD website. 

On the right hand side of the DPD homepage, you will see 'How Can We Help'. In this section you can enter your postcode and the parcel reference number (which you can find in your original message from DPD) to track the delivery.

Even if you don't track the delivery status yourself, you'll get an email or text from DPD when they are ready to ship your phone with a delivery date.

You'll also get a message from DPD in the morning on the day they are delivering that gives you a one hour time slot for delivery.

If that time slot isn't convenient, you can change it by visiting their website (they'll give you the link). Or if you prefer, you can pick up your phone from your local DPD depot.

SIM Only orders

All SIM Only orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post.and will typically take 1 or 2 working days to get to you.

Problems with delivery

If you don't receive an order confirmation from us, or the delivery message doesn't come through from DPD, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
