4G not working?

No need to panic! There could be a couple of reasons for that. Here are a few things you can try if the 4G or LTE sign doesn’t appear on the top of your mobile screen. Please note that on some phones LTE is shown in place of 4G, but don’t worry, these are the same.

• By default, your mobile should be set up to auto select the best network. However, it’s a good idea to check your mobile network settings are set up for 4G.

For iOS handsets: Go to Settings Mobile Data Mobile Data Options Voice & Data and select 4G.
For Android handsets: Go to Settings Connections Mobile Networks Network Mode/Preferred Network Type  and select 4G or Automatic.

• If this is the first time you’re trying to stream using 4G since we activated it on your account, then it might be worth restarting your phone or switching airplane mode on/off.

• You may be in an area with poor 4G signal. 

• If nothing has helped so far, then you might need to check whether your phone is 4G compatible. Just go through your phone’s manual or look up its specifications online.
