Talkmobile crowned Utilities Brand of the Year in 2026 Which? Awards

Talkmobile will have to clear more space in its trophy cabinet after claiming yet another Which? Award.

The mobile network provider – the winner of over 25 customer care awards in the past three years – was named Utilities Brand of the Year at the prestigious bash at the Science Museum in London on May 14.

Talkmobile – which offers some of the best SIM-only deals with prices starting at £5.95 a month for 15GB of data – promotes simple tech that helps, not hinders, everyday life. 

The award follows Talkmobile topping a Which customer satisfaction survey with a score of 83% - beating the big four telecoms companies.

Nearest rival Tesco Mobile was knocked into second place at 81% while GiffGaff and Smarty in joint third and fourth in the watchdog’s survey of UK mobile phone users.

Talkmobile was also awarded Which? Recommended Provider (WRP) and Great Value status after impressing with its network reliability, customer service, and value for money.
