Expert Help teams

We have an ambition to be the UK's Most Helpful Phone Company and we've started in the most obvious place - with our Help teams.

(We call them our 'Help' teams so everyone knows what they're there to do. Help).


Our telephone and Webchat teams are trained on everything service-related in our business, so you shouldn't be passed around departments. The person you speak to first time should be the person who solves your problem.


Our Help team have much more say in the decisions they make than most service teams, so you'll find your problems get resolved quicker than usual. We try to make sure you never need to go up the line to speak to a supervisor.
