Switching to Talkmobile is easy. Just select below whether you want to bring your current number or you’d rather keep the new one assigned by Talkmobile.

All you need to keep your current number is:
- The temporary Talkmobile mobile number you received when you bought your new contract. Pop your new Talkmobile Sim into your phone and call *#100#. The number will appear on the screen.
- The PAC (port authorisation code) from your old provider. Text ‘PAC’ to 65075 using your old SIM.
- The number you want to keep.
We’ll send a security code to your temporary Talkmobile number for you to enter on the next page.
If you want to cancel your current contract with your other provider but keep the number we’ve given you, here’s what you need:
- The new Talkmobile mobile number you received when you bought your new contract. Pop your new Talkmobile Sim into your phone and call *#100#. The number will appear on the screen.
- The STAC (Switching Termination Activation Code) from your old provider. Text ‘STAC’ to 75075 using your previous SIM card. It’s valid for 30 days.
- Your current mobile number, which you no longer want. This cannot be retrieved once a STAC is activated, so please be sure you don’t want to keep it.
